The AVP player agreement is valid through December 31, 2022. If you are looking to play in ANY other domestic beach event, you must request dispensation to play in such an event.

Per the AVP Player Agreement, "PLAYER shall have the right to seek dispensation to participate or compete in such Event. To qualify for dispensation hereunder, except as otherwise provided herein, PLAYER shall notify AVP at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date of such Event."

Please be advised that AVP may grant your dispensation within the 14-day window, however failure to comply with the dispensation criteria (referenced above and in your AVP contract) in the future could have a negative effect on such requests. Note dispensation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Therefore a decision in these instances do not convey an automatic dispensation right in the future for similar events as the AVP will retain the right to render a decision based on information at the time of request.
